Features of 4 Axis Hockey Brush Tufting Machine WXD-4A-006 (Anchor Type)
1)WXD-4A-006 is the latest style in 4 axis tufting machine series, with servo motors, used to tuft hockey brushes with filament in double colors. Please note that the plastic brushes block should be molded with holes in advance, since it is only a tufting machine without drilling holes function.
2)With 5.4 inch touchable screen, the interface is available in various languages, such as Chinese, English, Spanish, Vietnamese, French, etc, as required by clients.
3)With PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), this operates precisely with excellent stability.
4)The working table of this hockey brushes tufting machine is composed of straight-line guide rail and ball screw with high precision, which is quite stable and durable.
5)There are two grippers on working table, in the automatically working condition, which will work alternatively without stop.
6)Operators enters data for tufting positions by either “Teaching Mode” or “ Digits Mode”. On operation interface, operator could insert, delete, adjust, copy, separate and move holes, which is quite simple and convenient.
