1) WXD-4A-010 is the special brush tufting machine for curved surface brush and flat surface brush, such
as single hockey toilet brush, fan-shape broom and so on.
Please note that the plastic brushes block should be with holes in mould, since it is only a tufting machine
without drilling holes function.

2) It can produce the brush in max working speed at 6 holes per second.

3) With 5.4 inch touchable screen, the interface is available in various languages, such as Chinese, English,

Spanish, Vietnamese, French, etc, as required by clients.

4) With PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), this operates precisely with excellent stability.

5) The working table of this disc brushes tufting machine is composed of straight-line guide rail and ball

screw with high precision, which is quite stable and durable.

6) Operators enters data for tufting positions by either “Teaching Mode” or “ Digits Mode”. On

operation interface, operator could insert, delete, adjust, copy, separate and move holes, which is quite

simple and convenient.
