What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?

The machine has one year's guarantee.

If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client's feedback.

If the problem comes from the computer, we suggest client dismantle the computer from the machine and send it to us, we'll repair the computer in China, and send it back to client after repair.

If the problem is caused by machine parts, we'll send technician abroad to client's place to check and repair the machine. Under warranty, spare parts will be offered free of charge, but we are afraid delivery fee will be borne by customer.

However, we are confident of all our brush making machines. Generally speaking, the machine works normally for quite a long time, we've got clients who have used our machines for 3 or 4 years and found no big problems.
