1) Pneumatic Brush/Bristle Cutting Machine WXD-C80 is used to cut fiber filaments or bristles for various kinds of brushes. It cannot cut copper wire or stainless steel wire.

2) Daily Continuous Working Period: 24Hours

3) Maximum Diameter of Bristle: not bigger than 1.2mm.

4) Maximum Diameter of Bristle Bundle: around 60mm

5) Power Supply: either 3-Phase 380V or Single-Phase 220V, it's optional, 50~60Hz

Our Suggestions for Selecting Right Machines:


1) Toothbrush

Solution: Use a 2-axis toothbrush tufting machine. Pls kindly note that the toothbrush handles should be pre-drilled, already with holes.


2) Platic or wooden broom

Solution A: Use a 5-axis drilling machine (only for drilling), and a 3-axis tufting machine (only for tufting). 

Solution B: Use a 3-axis integrated machine with 3 drilling heads and 2 tufting heads, this machine has functions of both drilling and tufting.

Solution C: Use a 2-axis tufting machine (only for tufting).


3) Toilet brush

Solution A: For toilet brush with cambered-surface, use a 3-axis tufting machine (only for tufting).

Solution B: For roller-type toilet brush, use a 4-axis tufting machine (only for tufting).


4) Wheel brush
 
Solution: Use a 4-axis wheel brush tufting machine (only for tufting).


5) Plastic or wooden roller brush

Solution A: Use a 4-axis drilling machine (only for drilling), and a 4-axis tufting machine (only for tufting).

Solution B: Use a 4-axis integrated machine, with 2 drilling heads and 1 tufting head, with functions of both drilling and tufting.


6) Wooden shoes brush

Solution A: Use a 3-axis drilling machine (only for drilling), and a 3-axis tufting machine (only for tufting).

Solution B: Use a 3-axis integrated machine, with 2 drilling heads and 1 tufting head, with functions of both drilling and tufting.


7) Big and long industrial brush

Solution: Use long-roller drilling and tufting machine, with function of both drilling and tufting.
