Brush Trimming Machine WXD-TM100

Overview:
1) WXD-TM100 is used to trim the end of brush filaments, so as to keep the end flat.

2) The blades are made of imported steel with excellent tenacity, being abrasion-resistant. The blade could rotate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, which is controlled by the switch installed aside. Please keep in mind that operator should put nothing on the blade before it starts rotating.

3) This machine trims brushes with filaments made of plastic, PP, PVC, PET, bristle, etc, the diameter of filaments should be not more than 1.2mm.

4) It is not allowed to trim brushes with metal wires.


Operation:
1) Before starting the machine, please check whether all working parts and guide rails are installed correctly and firmly.

2) On the working table, there are two indispensable guide rails supported by four columns, which are fixed by screws. By twisting those four screws, operator adjusts not only the height between guide rails and tabletop, but also the gap distance between two guide rails. It is forbidden to directly put brush on blade without using guide rails.

3) After switching it on, operator should wait for a moment until the blades start rotating regularly.

4) Operator deposits the brush into the gap between two guide rails, and then slowly pushes it back and forth along the rails one or two times.


Maintenance:
1) Operator should keep the machine clean, and often spray the blades with anti-rust agent.

2) If the blades become blunt, please smear the blades with diamond paste, and then switch it on to make the blades rotate in counterclockwise direction for 5 to 10 minutes. Please note that diamond paste should be wiped out thoroughly after grinding.

3) Operator should regularly check each part to see whether there are loose screws or not, and please make sure to tighten it if he finds a loose one, so as to avoid any accident.

4) If the machine is always deposited in a humid environment, please check whether there is leakage of electricity around the motor before usage. If operator feels leakage of electricity, please make sure to dry it thoroughly before running, so as to keep safe.

Cautions:


1) Operator should often add lubricating oil to the working parts of the machine, so as to decrease abrasion.


2) Operator should regularly check each part to see whether there are loose screws or not, and please make sure to tighten it, if he finds a loose one.


3) Please keep guide rail and ball screw clean, and make sure that there are no scraps sticking on them, so as not to affect the precision of working position.


4) Be sure that the electric box works under ventilative conditions; do not put it under humid or high-temperature conditions; do not shake the electric box.


5) Please keep electric box far away from magnetic field, otherwise it will be probably out of control.


6) Be sure that all cables connect correctly. Red, blue and yellow cables connect with 380V three-phase wires, green cable connects with neutral wire, yellow-green cable connects with earth wire. Plugs are numbered as "1, 2, 3, 4 , 5", "1, 2, 3" are for 380V phase-wires, "4" is for neutral wire, "5" is for earth wire.


7) The working voltage should be stable, around AC380±10V; over-voltage will probably cause the ruin of electronics.


8) Do not knock at the touchable screen with hard articles, otherwise it'll decrease its sensibility or even break the screen.


9) Do not drag wires rudely.


10) Please note that there is high-voltage electricity inside electric box. If it is out of order, only professional technicians are allowed to check and dismantle it. Non-professionals are prohibited to dismantle it, so as to avoid getting an electric shock and the ruin of data.
