This is a 2-axis 2-head integrated machine, with a drilling head and a tufting head, which drills holes and tufts(fills holes with wires) simultaneously. It is suitable for making wooden brushes or other brushes with flat surface, with fiber/PVC filaments, copper wires, or stainless steel wires.

  • AdministratorDear Sunil, thanks for your message. 1) Please be kindly informed that we don't make semi-automatic tufting machine any more, thank you all the same. 2) We already quoted you the price of wire brush machine by email, pls kindly check it. 3) To make brushes with steel wires, the speed is not so fast, it's just 2 or 3 holes per second, so, the daily output just depends on how many holes a brush model has, then, you could calculate approximately. 4) For your reference, also a wire brush trimming machine was already recommended in the email.
