This machine is used to make big industrial cylinder brushes. It drills holes at first, and then tufts(fills holes with bristles). Pls note that it does not drill and tuft at the same time. While drilling head is working, the tufting head stops; and vice versa.

    We are looking at expanding into the sweeper brush manufacturing. Can you send us information on the cylinder tufting brush equipment? We will be using a plastic core and will offer different industrial brushes in many compounds.
