• Do you arrange shipment for the machines, pls?

  Yes, dear esteemed customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
  
  
  

• Can I arrange shipment by myself or by my agent?

  Yes, of course, dear esteemed client, you could also arrange shipment by yourself or by your agent in China. In this case, we'll make the deal on EXW basis.
  
  

• Do you offer door-to-door service, pls?

  As we cann't control the relevant charges incurred at destination port, so, we are afraid we cannot offer door-to-door service.
  
  

• Do you quote on FOB or CIF basis, pls?

  We really prefer to quote on EXW basis, subject to T/T payment. By this way, the quotation will be offered very soon, which saves us time.
  
  If on FOB or CIF basis, we need more time to check other charges for O/F, LCL, haulage, customs declaration, DOC, warehouse, commercial inspection, fumigation, etc. By this way, the quotation will be offered quite late.
  
  

• Where do you export, pls?

  Our factory is located in Baiyun District of Guangzhou, generally speaking, we export these brush making equipment from Guangzhou, "Place of Receipt" stated on B/L is Guangzhou.
  
  However, some customers have special requirements, so, we could also deliver the machines to Shenzhen or other places requested by clients.

• Can we pay by L/C? Can we pay by credit card, pls?

  We accept both T/T and L/C payment, but do not accept Credit Card.
  
  

• How long is the delievery time?

  For standard machine, it would be 30 days;
  
  For non-standard machines customized according to client's specific requirements, it would be 45 to 60 days.
  
  

• How is the packing?
