  • How is the tufting speed? Drilling speed?

    The maximum drilling speed is 6 holes per second, the maximum tufting speed is also 6 holes per second.

    However, the speed will be affected by the diameter of holes, the gap between every two holes and the length of bristles. Thus, generally, the range is from 3 holes to 6 holes per second.


  • Do you arrange shipment for the machines, pls?

    Yes, dear esteemed customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.


  • What's the tufting method?

    The tufting method could be either "flat wire(anchor-type)" or "round wire(staple-type)".


  • How is the diameter of holes? And depth?

    Generally, the diameter of holes could be from 2mm to 8mm, while the depth of holes could be from 5mm to 12mm. For other bigger or smaller specification, pls contact us for confirmation.


  • How is the diameter of brush filaments?

    Generally speaking, the diameter of brush filaments could be from 0.08mm to 1.2mm. For other thinner or thicker filaments, pls contact us for confirmation.

  • How is the length of brush filaments?

    The length of brush filaments could be from 8mm to 120mm, outside holes.

  • Which kind of material can I use for brush filaments?

    For the material of brush filaments, operator could use plastic, PP, PVC, PET, nylon, pig bristles, horse hair, or copper wires, stainless steel wires, etc.

  • What is the "clamp" mentioned in your product information?

    "Clamp(gripper)" is a kind of mould made from auminum-alloy, which holds the whole brush base and fixes it on working table of the machine, like this:

      




    For making different brushes, operator will need to use different clamps.
