  • How long is the delievery time?

    For standard machine, it would be 30 days;

    For non-standard machines customized according to client's specific requirements, it would be 45 to 60 days.

  • Can we pay by L/C? Can we pay by credit card, pls?

    We accept both T/T and L/C payment, but do not accept Credit Card.

  • Do you quote on FOB or CIF basis, pls?

    We really prefer to quote on EXW basis, subject to T/T payment. By this way, the quotation will be offered very soon, which saves us time.

    If on FOB or CIF basis, we need more time to check other charges for O/F, LCL, haulage, customs declaration, DOC, warehouse, commercial inspection, fumigation, etc. By this way, the quotation will be offered quite late.

  • How much are the machines?

    We offer a wide range of brush making machines, the prices vary accordingly.

    We also customize machines according to clients' specific requirements, thus we suggest client contact our salesman directly at sales@brush-machine.com and specify his requirements as detailed as possible, so that our salesman will be able to reply accordingly, with correct prices and relevant ter..

  • Do you use step motor or servo motor, pls?

    We use step motor by default, also we could use servo motor instead, if required by clients.

  • How many programs can the computer save?

    Generally, it saves totally 84 programs for making different brushes. However, pls contact us for confirmation for specified machines.

  • On the sreen, can you use other languages, besides English and Chinese?

    Yes, besides English and Chinese, we could also use other languages as required by client.

  • Are there different sizes for machine head?

    Yes, there are three sizes for machine head: Big, Medium and Small.

    Big size: for bristles with length from 50mm to 120mm(after folded, outside holes);

    Medium size: for bristles with length from 35mm to 75mm(after folded, outside holes);

    Small size: for bristles with length from 10mm to 35mm(after folded, outside holes).

CNC machining centers are available in a wide variety of sizes and features. 

Maximum spindle speeds are usually in the range of 4000 to 8000 R/Min, and some are as high as 75000 R/Min for special applications using small-diameter cutters. Modern spindles can accelerate to a speed of 20000 R/Min in only 1.5 seconds.

Some pallets are capable of supporting workpiece weighing as much as 7000KGS, although even higher capacities are available for special applications.

Machining centers generally requires significant capital expenditure, so to be cost effective, they may have to be used for more than one shift per day. Consequently, there must be a sufficient and continued demand for parts to justify this purchase.

Because of their inherent versatility, however, CNC machining centers can be used to produce a wide range of products, particularly for just-in-time manufacturing.
