  • How about the documents after shipment?

    After shipment, we'll send all original documents to customers by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

  • In how many colors could the filaments be?

    Operator could make brushes with filaments in either a color or two colors, it's optional.

    For brushes with filaments in three colors, operator will need to make two colors by the first working cycle, and finish the third color by the second working cycle.

  • What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?

    The machine has one year's guarantee.

    If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client's feedback.

    If the problem comes from the computer, we suggest client dismantle the computer from the machine and send it to us, we'll repair the computer in China, and send it back to client after ..

  • How to maintain the machines?

    1) Operator should often add lubricating oil to the working parts of the tufting machinery, so as to decrease abrasion.

    2) Operator should regularly check each part to see whether there are loose screws or not, and please make sure to tighten it, if he finds a loose one.

    3) Please keep guide rail and ball screw clean, and make sure that there are no scraps sticking..

  • I have no idea which machine I should select?

  • After I purchase machine from you, what if I don't know how to operate?

    Pls don't worry. After we finish your machine, you are warmly welcome to our factory to learn how to operate the machine, you could just stay in the factory as long as you like, until you think you get familiar with the machines.


  • Do you offer free spare parts for the machine?

    Yes, we'll offer some extra spare parts and small tools together with the machine, free of charge. For specified machine, pls contact our sales for confirmation.

CNC machining centers are available in a wide variety of sizes and features. 

Maximum spindle speeds are usually in the range of 4000 to 8000 R/Min, and some are as high as 75000 R/Min for special applications using small-diameter cutters. Modern spindles can accelerate to a speed of 20000 R/Min in only 1.5 seconds.

Some pallets are capable of supporting workpiece weighing as much as 7000KGS, although even higher capacities are available for special applications.

Machining centers generally requires significant capital expenditure, so to be cost effective, they may have to be used for more than one shift per day. Consequently, there must be a sufficient and continued demand for parts to justify this purchase.

Because of their inherent versatility, however, CNC machining centers can be used to produce a wide range of products, particularly for just-in-time manufacturing.
