Having no idea how to select a suitable brush machine?

Read the tips below, they might help you.

1) For plastic broom, of which the plastic base has been molded with holes:

If the surface to be tufted is horizontally flat, a 2-axis tufting machine is recommended;

If the surface to be tufted is curved, a 3-axis or 4-axis tufting machine is suggested.

2) For plastic broom, of which the plastic base has no holes:

A 5-axis 2-head machine or 5-axis 3-head machine is proposed, because a 5-axis machine can drill holes which are inclining at angles.

3) For wood broom:

A 5-axis 2-head machine or 5-axis 3-head machine is recommended, because a 5-axis machine can drill holes which are inclining at angles.

4) For plastic scrub brush, of which the plastic base has been molded with holes:

A 2-axis tufting machine is recommended.

5) For toilet brush, of which the surface to be tufted is curved:

A 3-axis machine is suggested.

6) For round toilet brush, of which the plastic base has been molded with holes:

A 4-axis tufting machine is proposed.

7) For round toilet brush, of which the plastic base has no holes:

A 5-axis 2-head machine or 5-axis 3-head machine is recommended.

8) For hockey-type toilet brush:

A 5-axis 2-head machine or 5-axis 3-head machine is suggested.

9) For small cylindrical brush:

A 3-axis 2-head machine or 3-axis 3-head machine is proposed.

10) For big and long cylindrical brush:

A long-roller machine is proposed.
